This was our first meeting of the year on our new day. Huzzah!
- Club officers were introduced
- Dues were announced at $2 to be paid at the accounting office (ASAP is preferable)
- Our club's cultural theme for the months of September and October was voted on.
- The theme is Thailand. If you know any tasty Thai restuarants in the area let us know.
- Our president, Elizabeth Ly, was nice enough to bring H shaped cookies for the club. Thank you
again for your generosity and a gold star for your baking talents.

Actually *imo* the Thai villa, down the street from the school is not that bad (at least the chicken pad thai)... and I think.. they have a lunch special. (I am not sure because i haven't gone there in about a year? or more, but can find out.=]) the only problem I can think of is, it may be too small. :[
ReplyDeleteThere is also a lovely Thai restuarant called Thai BBQ that Kristine dearly loves near the Cerritos Chuck E Cheese...but i'm not sure if it can hold more than ten people..xD
