Meeting 12/1 Recap
Twas but a short meeting today at lunch.
Nothing has been set in stone yet, but today we discussed a future fondue party at the president's house and a cross country skiing trip over winter break. It would be about $20-$30 to go. We would have to carpool; it is located right across from Snow Valley.

Meeting 11/17 Recap
Our theme for the next two months is going to be Switzerland. This means we can expect some yummy Swiss food including a dessert prepared by our white female member's grandfather.
If you have any Swiss themed activity ideas let us know. Post it up or tell one of the officers.

Meeting 11/3 Recap
-Potluck this Saturday at Mayfair Park 11am to 4pm. Bring something for everyone to eat or drink. We'll be doing icebreaker activities, playing sports and board games, so bring any balls or games you want to play.

Meeting 10/20
-Nov 7 potluck at Mayfair Park 11am to 4pm. Bring something for everyone to eat or drink. We'll be doing icebreaker activities, playing sports and board games, and there may be a water fight if the weather isn't cold enough to make pneumonia likely.
-Clubs Day is next Thursday. Remember to support our club and bring donations if you can.
-Pay your dues of $2 next Tuesday or you will be excluded from the Thai feast that is coming up.

Meeting 10/13 Overview
-Pay dues of $2 to Will within 2 weeks
-Tour of cemetery Sat Oct 31 at 9am, $5 guided by Mr Town
-Clubs Day Oct 28, donations of napkins, plates, spoons, and hamburger buns needed. Crockpots are also needed and can be dropped off in rm 412 the day before. If you can work 4th or 5th per contact one of the officers.
-Nov 7 potluck at Mayfair Park time TBA. If you have any ideas for games or activities let us hear them.

10/6 Meeting Recap
-We came up with ideas for what to sell on club's day and decided on BBQ sandwiches.
-Ideas for possible field trips such as Getty Museum and La Brea Tar Pits were suggested.
-A game day/potluck is now in the planning stages for a Saturday at a park.
-Dues ($2) can now be paid to treasurer, William Kang. Pay in the next two meetings or you will be excluded from the Thai food feast. Save your receipt; it's your meal ticket.

Just a head's up:
Tuesday, September 22nd we will have a short meeting at snack in Mrs. Garvin's room. The only topic we'll be covering are the homecoming nominations. If you're interested in being a nominee please make sure to be there!

Meeting 9/15 Recap
This was our first meeting of the year on our new day. Huzzah!
- Club officers were introduced
- Dues were announced at $2 to be paid at the accounting office (ASAP is preferable)
- Our club's cultural theme for the months of September and October was voted on.
- The theme is Thailand. If you know any tasty Thai restuarants in the area let us know.
- Our president, Elizabeth Ly, was nice enough to bring H shaped cookies for the club. Thank you
again for your generosity and a gold star for your baking talents.
