Meeting 10/27 Recap

-Thank you Natalie for the food you brought today.

-Nov 7 potluck at Mayfair Park 11am to 4pm. Bring something for everyone to eat or drink. Sign up on the list next Monday if you didn't today to give us an idea of what food is coming. We'll be doing icebreaker activities, playing sports and board games, so bring any balls or games you want to play.

-Clubs Day is next Thursday. Remember to support our club.

Meeting 10/20

-Nov 7 potluck at Mayfair Park 11am to 4pm. Bring something for everyone to eat or drink. We'll be doing icebreaker activities, playing sports and board games, and there may be a water fight if the weather isn't cold enough to make pneumonia likely.

-Clubs Day is next Thursday. Remember to support our club and bring donations if you can.

-Pay your dues of $2 next Tuesday or you will be excluded from the Thai feast that is coming up.

Meeting 10/13 Overview

-Pay dues of $2 to Will within 2 weeks

-Tour of cemetery Sat Oct 31 at 9am, $5 guided by Mr Town

-Clubs Day Oct 28, donations of napkins, plates, spoons, and hamburger buns needed. Crockpots are also needed and can be dropped off in rm 412 the day before. If you can work 4th or 5th per contact one of the officers.

-Nov 7 potluck at Mayfair Park time TBA. If you have any ideas for games or activities let us hear them.

10/6 Meeting Recap

-We came up with ideas for what to sell on club's day and decided on BBQ sandwiches.

-Ideas for possible field trips such as Getty Museum and La Brea Tar Pits were suggested.

-A game day/potluck is now in the planning stages for a Saturday at a park.

-Dues ($2) can now be paid to treasurer, William Kang. Pay in the next two meetings or you will be excluded from the Thai food feast. Save your receipt; it's your meal ticket.

Meeting 5/29 Re-Cap

Here's what happened:

-Ideas for Thai restuarants were bounced around and voted on

-Dues are $2. They should be paid at the accounting window and ASAP. If you don't pay, you cannot participate in events meaning no food for you.

-Nicole presented some interesting facts about Thailand such as the ridiculously long translation for Bangkok.

As a reminder make sure you sign in each meeting, so we can keep track of who is in the club.

Hey there History Club!

Just a head's up:

Tuesday, September 22nd we will have a short meeting at snack in Mrs. Garvin's room. The only topic we'll be covering are the homecoming nominations. If you're interested in being a nominee please make sure to be there!

Also there is NO meeting at lunch that day due to Club's Rush.
